Cryptocurrency Pricing Information

We are committed to providing transparent, fair, and competitive pricing for all cryptocurrency transactions conducted on our platform. Below is an outline of how our pricing is determined, ensuring clarity and compliance with regulatory standards:

How We Set Prices

Price Sourcing

We fetch real-time prices from multiple reputable liquidity providers. This enables us to consistently offer the best possible prices to our customers. Prices are determined using our internal Best Execution Policy, ensuring you receive the most favorable price available at the time of your transaction.

Liquidity Assurance

We maintain sufficient liquidity at all times to complete any single order, providing you with a seamless trading experience. This means that we are able to deliver the cryptocurrency that you purchase, within seconds of your payment. In case your transaction is subject to Manual Review, this may take up to 30 minutes.

Pricing Adjustments

Spread

A spread is added to the Unit price to cover internal operational costs, including those associated with payment processing.
The size of this spread may vary depending on the payment method selected during your transaction.

Price Display

Transparent pricing

Before completing any order, you will see a Summary screen, as seen below.

This summary includes the exact price at which your transaction will execute if completed at the time of first viewing this Summary or within 10 seconds thereafter.

Prices displayed reflect the total cost, inclusive of any applicable spreads or fees.

Card-based Payments

For card-based payments, such as cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, the Unit price displayed on the Summary page is the price at which your transaction will execute, provided the payment is completed immediately or within 10 seconds of initially viewing the summary.

Additional documentation

In some cases, additional documentation may be required in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. You will receive an email with details about the specific information we need, if applicable. Once the required information has been submitted and approved by our compliance team, the price will be set once the compliance team approves and processes the transaction.

We believe in empowering our customers with clear, up-to-date pricing information, so you can make informed trading decisions confidently. If you have any further questions about how our pricing works, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
