You're provided bank details when making an order via bank transfer to send the funds to. There are some important details to keep in mind to ensure your order goes through smoothly:
The bank transfer must be sent from an account matching your name on Swapped
You must send the exact amount you've selected on Swapped for the order
If you're asked to select an account type, select 'Business'
You must add a payment reference with your order ID
This is 'Swapped' and the first part of your order ID such as 'Swapped db720fd4'
Without this, we cannot process your order
If your bank transfer is sent incorrectly with the above guidelines in mind, the payment will be returned to your account within 24 hours.
