When we process a Paysafecard refund, sometimes you will receive an email to claim the refund via Skrill. While this happens rarely, it's important that you follow the instructions below to ensure that you receive your refund.
Once you've received the email, you will be shown the email that you used on Swapped. It's very important that you use this email on both Swapped and Paysafecard.
Before following the instructions to claim the refund, make sure you change your Paysafecard email to match your Swapped and Skrill email if it doesn't already match.
You can change your Paysafecard email via your Paysafecard account settings
Once you've made sure that your emails are the same across all services, follow the instructions to claim your refund.
The funds should be deposited into your Paysafecard account balance.
