Sell orders are active for 7 days. As soon as we receive your cryptocurrency within this time, the crypto-to-cash rate is locked in and we'll send your payout shortly after.
You'll receive an email once your sell order has been completed confirming the amount of cryptocurrency we received, and the amount of cash that will be sent to your bank account.
